I am new to regular yoga classes and I have fast discovered that yoga with Charlotte is a highlight of my week. It perfectly compliments any running and fitness sessions I do, with deep stretching, relaxation and an opportunity to switch off my busy mind. I can already feel the benefits with improvements in balance and flexibility. Charlotte's classes are relaxed, enjoyable and unpretentious, with an explanation of the science behind yoga which helps me to appreciate how my body is changing and benefiting from the poses and movement.
Just had my 2nd class with Charlotte. Very patient and lovely lady who has gently challenged me. Feel great following an intense class stretching both mind and body.

I have just done my 4 th Yoga class with Charlotte Chapman Yoga and cant recommend it highly enough. What I like is how it complements my fitness and sport by giving me an opportunity to stretch and tone.
I am a novice and really like the direction given and the feel of the class which leaves me feeling like I’ve worked but also relaxed.
There is currently only one class a week and would do more if it was available. Feeling very chilled post my yoga session .... now back to life!
