During this difficult time, I have moved my classes online. I still offer one-to-ones, small groups and open classes via Zoom.
All you need is a mat (or towel) and a willingness to try something new. Online yoga classes are slightly slower in format and I give clear instructions, so are suitable for those new to yoga. Now is the perfect time to start, or continue your yoga journey, whilst in the comfort of your own home.
