Practicalities

I provide all props/mats for each of the classes, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Yoga Class
(TBC)

Location: Coming Soon

Stretch, strengthen and relax. Suitable for all levels. Hatha yoga class. 

I give loads of instructions and use props to help work with correct alignment. The class will also incorporate some Pranayama (breath work).

Yoga for Runners
(TBC)

Location: Coming Soon

Class suitable for everyone but with an emphasis on stretching and strengthening for those who run (or walk) regularly.  Again it is suitable for all levels including beginners.

Restorative Yoga
(TBC)

Location: Coming Soon

Restorative yoga is about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, centering of your breath and body, and aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Props are used to support your body, allowing you to hold poses longer so that your muscles can deeply relax.

Restorative classes are a fantastic complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress. Also excellent for those in the ‘tapering phase’ of training ahead of events.

One-to-One Classes

Not sure you are ready to go to a class? I offer one to one sessions; where we can cover the basics and give you the confidence to start yoga classes.

Alternatively, theses sessions are a great way to tailor a practice to your individual needs and at a time that’s suits.
